1. Scope of Services
Meeky Boost provides cloud hosting, website delivery, technical services, and related support offerings as described on the website, in invoices, or in project quotations. The exact scope of work is defined by the purchased plan, written proposal, or approved change request.
Any feature, capacity, or delivery item not expressly included in the agreed scope should be treated as outside the original service and may require repricing or a revised timeline.
2. Orders and Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, technical, and contact information when ordering services. If account information is incomplete or misleading, service activation or support may be delayed.
The customer is responsible for all activity performed under their account, including the management of credentials, domains, content, and administrative access granted to third parties.
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase or in an approved quotation. Website projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Recurring services renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
Late or failed payment may result in service suspension, delayed delivery, or limited support access until the account is brought current. Any custom work started after approval is billable even if the project is paused by the client.
4. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Meeky Boost services for unlawful activity, abusive traffic, malicious automation, phishing, infringement, or any activity that threatens service stability or violates applicable law. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, third parties, or infrastructure providers.
If a workload, website, or user action creates material operational risk, Meeky Boost may require remediation steps, plan changes, or temporary suspension while the issue is investigated.
5. Delivery, Revisions, and Support
For website and technical service projects, timelines depend on timely client feedback, content delivery, and access to required systems. Delays caused by missing assets, unclear scope, or slow approvals may extend delivery dates.
Support covers the purchased service and reasonable follow-up questions. Larger change requests, new features, or third-party issues outside Meeky Boost control may require separate work estimates.
6. Termination
Customers may request cancellation of recurring services before the next billing date. Meeky Boost may terminate or suspend services for non-payment, abuse, unlawful conduct, or repeated violations of these terms.
Upon termination, access to hosted environments, managed platforms, or project assets may be removed according to operational retention windows unless otherwise agreed in writing.
